Offering five bedrooms and an enclosed yard with a pool, this home is situated in the heart of South Padre, putting guests within easy reach of the many area attractions. Bordered by palm trees, the swimming pool is perfect for refreshing with a dip on warm sunny days.

On the main floor, enter into an open kitchen/living room space tastefully furnished in a contemporary beach theme. New sofas and a large TV are perfect for a movie night and the full kitchen is complemented by ample bar seating and a dining nook. The first bedroom is located just off of the living room and features and en suite bathroom and king bed. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, separated by a full bathroom. One features a queen bed while the other features a full and a twin trundle.

The downstairs can be accessed through the kitchen on the main floor or a secondary, exterior entrance. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare all your favorite recipes, a dining table for six - perfect for mealtimes or family game nights, and a cozy and inviting living area with twin sofas and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.
