This spacious home is located right next to the seawall and is filled with lots of positive beachy vibes. When you're not building sandcastles or kayaking along the shoreline, stretch out in the home's comfy sitting room to enjoy a favorite mystery novel or a movie or show on the mounted TV. Challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong or a match at the shared tennis or basketball court then use the appliances, spacious countertops, and terrific cookware of the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for the family. The attractive dining table has generous seating arrangements. After an afternoon at the beach, use the private washer/dryer to knock out the family's laundry while you enjoy a nap on the main bedroom's bed. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. You can also research a new adventure or download an awesome playlist for a trip down to the shared hot tub and pool.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $110 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your fees. Additional information will be provided in your confirmation email. The Welcome Center will be closed on Sundays. All guests and renters arriving on Sundays may check in at the Guard Shack, which is staffed and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security will also be available to assist with any questions or concerns and can be reached at (956) 564-1511.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
