Designed with entertaining in mind, the open layout of the main level boasts a full bar with seating, a foosball table to indulge in a bit of friendly competition, a spacious living area with a leather sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, and a stone dining table for gathering at mealtimes. Speaking of meals, there will be no need to head out each night to one of the local restaurants, as the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, two coffee makers, a pressure cooker, and ample counter space to prepare favorite recipes with ease. Not to mention, the high-speed WiFi will keep everyone connected if they need to get remote work done or stream movies as the stars come out.
On warm summer days, the hub for fun will be the backyard. Rub in some sunscreen and slip into your favorite bathing suit because your very own sparkling pool awaits in the backyard. And, when you need a break from the sun, the covered patio will be just the place to sip a cocktail and reminisce with loved ones.
